About Flock

Flock is a creative event studio offering curated, artist-led workshops in modern spaces — from residential buildings and members’ clubs to brand activations and private gatherings.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at least 14 days prior to the event date. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your event date is secured.

Please note: bookings are non-refundable once payment is received. However, we’re happy to reschedule your event within a reasonable time frame (up to one month from the original date), subject to availability.

Participant Numbers

Each workshop requires a minimum of 12 participants. There is no maximum group size — we scale our delivery accordingly.

By making payment, the booking party confirms responsibility for participant numbers. It is up to the venue or host to ensure that the minimum attendance is met. For resident-focused events (e.g. build-to-rent communities), we can provide digital promotional assets to support internal marketing if appropriate.

What’s Included

• All materials, tools, and setup

• Workshop delivery by an experienced, practicing artist

• Up to 10 professional photographs from the event

• Additional photos available upon request at an added cost

Venue Requirements

Workshops are delivered in your chosen space.
The host is responsible for providing:

• Suitable tables and seating

• Access to water (if needed for the activity)

If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, we’re happy to advise before booking.

Customisation & Bespoke Events

We offer a wide selection of creative workshops and can tailor experiences to suit your brand, audience, or space. If you have something specific in mind, we’d be happy to create a bespoke experience for you.

Terms Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
